All bookings in high season run from Saturday night, arrival after 1600hrs to Friday night, departure on Saturday by 1000hrs.
A deposit of 20% is required when booking. This is taken via PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account to pay. Please complete the booking form fully to ensure we receive all relevant details.
Full payment is required 12 weeks in advance of your arrival date.
Cancellation
Deposits are not refundable.
Balance of payment may be refunded pro-rata to to your actual arrival date. 1 12th is refundable depending on cancellation date i.e. If you cancel the week before arrival no refund is due as it is the 12th week. It is important to take travel insurance to cover yourselves for cancellation.
New Daily Local Tourist Tax
From January 1st 2010 we are obliged to collect a local tourist tax per person over 13 years old per night of stay. We will collect this at the end of your holiday. We await cofirmation of the amount but it looks like it will be in the region of 40-75 cents per person per night. Unfortunately this is out of our hands
